We offer quality salmon fishing trips with an experienced guide and lodging as well for all tourists or workers in the Matapedia area.
Mat Pat's head guide, Ronald Irving, has over 40 years of guiding experience on the Matapedia, Patapedia and Restigouche river.
Matapedia boasts some of the most beautiful landscape in the world. Imagine yourself floating down the river, listening to the soothing sound of nature. The scenery is complete with majestic forests, mountains and wildlife frolicking in its natural habitat. You are making long, smooth casts from the boat, feeling the warmth of the sunlight on the back of your neck. Suddenly, you feel that salmon grab your fly. There is a hard tug, the reel spins and you see a 25 pounder jump through the water.
Included in with the fishing package are the lodging, guide and boat (A 26 foot motorized canoe)
